def one to buyReview date: 2010-08-28 Rating: 8 out of 10with my 2 year old refusin to drink out of any other cups although he could i seen this, with it being much like a big boys cup he took to it with ease and loved it.. fingers crossed we are on our way to gettin rid of bottles altogether.

My 9mo old baby couldn't drink from this cup any more easilly or steadily than from a normal cup. At 11mo old now, he is just starting to figure out it is not necessary to bite the cup to drink from it. My baby is 100% Breastflow bottle fed and always wants to drink from a cup for fun. He does not like sippy cups because he cannot control the flow rate which is much higher than from his bottle. The handles on the doidy cup are confusing to baby who enjoys grabbing them and tipping. At least with a standard cup the baby can learn the result of too much tipping and such when the water/beverage spills into his face/lap.I think this cup would only make the transition to normal cup more difficult.Life SaverReview date: 2010-08-18 Rating: 10 out of 10My 3 month old would not feed from a bottle at all. We've tried some of the bottles with the best recommendation but to no avail. But my baby girl took to this cup straightaway, obviously loving the fact that so much milk was available at once! Due to her over-excitement and the young age it does get quite messy but I'm just relieved to know that she won't starve in my absence. Also the cup is much simpler to clean and use than bottles, as well as economical! I would definitely recommend this as an alternative to bottles for exclusively breast-fed babies.Breast to cup made easyReview date: 2010-08-06 Rating: 10 out of 10Having breastfed my 16 week old from birth, introducing a bottle to give me some time out every now and then was not proving easy! Liked the idea of bypassing the bottle altogether so bought a Doidy cup. Can't believe how easy she took to it and how she seemed to instantly know what to do. On her second attempt she was grabbing the cup and putting her hands on the handles bringing it towards her mouth.
By the end of her feed her bib was drenched but she took the majority of it and had fun in the process. Not a tear in sight. Thought she would be hungry again after a short time but she went for 4 hours so must have got enough. Can now leave her knowing that she wont go hungry! A real life saver and something I would definitely recommend.
